Frequently asked questions

How much does a run cost?
The tool calls two DataForSEO endpoints per batch: AI Keyword Data at roughly $0.01 per batch (up to 1,000 keywords) and Google Ads Search Volume at roughly $0.05 per batch. That totals approximately $0.06 per 1,000 keywords.
How is the AI share percentage calculated?
AI share is calculated as AI volume divided by (AI volume plus classic Google volume), multiplied by 100. A keyword with 80 AI searches and 320 classic searches would show an AI share of 20%.
What does it mean when a keyword shows 0 AI volume?
A zero value means DataForSEO has no recorded AI search data for that keyword yet. It does not necessarily mean nobody has asked AI about the topic, only that the dataset has not captured volume for it.
Is there a keyword limit per run?
Yes, you can submit up to 1,000 keywords in a single run. If you have more, split them into batches and run separately.
What does the bar chart show?
The horizontal bar chart displays the top 20 keywords ranked by AI share percentage. It gives a quick visual of which terms in your list have the highest proportion of their total search volume coming from AI platforms rather than traditional Google search.
