Frequently asked questions

How much does each check cost?
Each platform lookup costs approximately $0.10 via the DataForSEO AI Optimization LLM Mentions Search endpoint (up to 1,000 mentions per call). If you select Both platforms the tool makes two API calls, so the cost is roughly $0.20 per run.
How should I enter domains?
Enter bare domains without the protocol, for example example.com rather than https://example.com. You can query up to 10 entities (domains or brand names) in a single run.
What columns appear in the results?
The results table shows: the question the AI model answered, AI search volume, the number of sources cited, the count of fan-out queries generated, platform, model name, and first and last response dates for each mention.
What export formats are available?
You can download a CSV (flat table) or an Excel workbook. The Excel export includes a separate Top Cited Domains sheet summarising which domains were referenced most often across all mentions.
What does the sources count tell me?
Sources count is the number of distinct URLs the AI model cited when answering that question. A higher count means the model pulled evidence from more pages, which indicates a broader citation opportunity for domains that rank well for the topic.
